Board of Zoning Appeals

The powers and duties of the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) are established by state statute. The BZA hears and decides special exceptions to the zoning ordinance and authorizes variances from the terms of the ordinance. The BZA meetings / hearings offer a public forum for community input. It is the job of the BZA to facilitate this process. Application forms and downloadable information are available on this site.

This board meets the fourth Wednesday of the month at 6:00 PM in the Lawrenceburg Council Chambers
